I’m a dual-certified Family Practice and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I’ve worked in primary and urgent care, community health, critical care, and oncology. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside people—whether it’s through everyday challenges or during some of life’s toughest moments.

My approach is all about collaboration. I want to help you set goals, make changes that matter to you, hold space when things are hard, and offer hope along the way. Sometimes that looks like medication management, but it can also mean supporting lifestyle changes or encouraging talk therapy as part of care.

I see patients virtually, though there are a few situations where I may need to meet in person once a year. I typically work with adults 18 and older. If you’d like to learn more, please reach out—I’d be glad to have an initial conversation to see if we’re a good fit.

Outside of work, I enjoy being outdoors, gardening, reading, beekeeping, and stopping to meet dogs on my walks.
